Start a free placement consult
The fastest way to get help is to reach out and book a free consult. There’s no obligation, it’s simply a conversation about where you are in your program, what your practicum requires, and how we can help you secure a qualified preceptor and a GCU-approved clinical site.
We’re an independent, third-party service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Grand Canyon University, and we don’t place students on GCU’s behalf. What we do is fill the gap that trips up so many NP students: finding a preceptor and a site before spots fill up. GCU’s Office of Field Experience still supports your setup and must approve your selected site; we help you get there.
Prefer to message? WhatsApp and SMS are available in addition to the form, so you can reach us however is easiest for you.
What to include when you reach out
- Your track, FNP, AGACNP, or PMHNP, or another program such as the post-master’s certificate, DNP, or RN-to-BSN
- Your target start term, so we can work backward from your deadlines
- Your location (city and state) for finding a preceptor and a clinical site nearby
- Whether you’re looking for in-person placement or our virtual practicum service
- Any questions about clinical hours or the Office of Field Experience process
What happens next
Once we have your details, we’ll review your track’s requirements, for the MSN NP tracks that means 750 hours of directly supervised clinical practice with qualified preceptors, and begin identifying preceptor and site options that fit your location and goals.
We assist; we don’t guarantee placement, outcomes, or that GCU approves any particular site. But our work is built around removing the biggest bottleneck NP students face, and you pay only when we match you. Reach out today and let’s get your practicum moving.
